摘要: Major advances have been made in the area of laparoscopic surgery. The advantages this approach include smaller incisions, shorter hospitalizations, a more rapid convalescence and decreased postoperative discomfort. To explore technical feasibility performing antireflux surgery laparoscopically, we conducted pilot study 4 mini-pigs which bilateral vesicoureteral reflux had created surgically. We applied modification Lich extravesical ureteral to perform All underwent successful unilateral mobilization, creation bladder wall trough new tunnel laparoscopically. Examinations were performed postoperatively, then serially at 1, 2, 3 5 months after repair. Fluoroscopic cystograms demonstrated resolution corrected ureters persistence uncorrected control all animals. Excretory urography showed no evidence obstruction. Laparoscopic correction appears be technically feasible animal model. Long-term followup is necessary determine possible applicability technique humans.
