摘要: Lean manufacturing (LM) implementation is an ongoing effort of continuous improvement in processes. To support LM, production engineers persistently examine the processes to discover and eradicate inherent wastes. Therefore, this study devoted influential factors LM implementation. A case from carton industry discussed considering key lean tools such as pull system, customer involvement, supplier participation, housekeeping, poka-yoke, SMED, TPM, standardized work, Kaizen, leadership HRM, planning, process management, one piece flow quality. The yields about 28.7% over suggested areas.
