摘要: It generally takes 2.5 to 3 years for an enterprise implement TPM in a full swing; however, the actual duration depends on each company’s corporate status. Generally speaking, company with big staff, it even 5 years, but major consideration should depend whether benefit is remarkable or not. This research aims find out total productive maintenance (TPM) was carried by enterprises, inspect enterprises’ current performance, and make comparison those enterprises that have successfully TPM. Through findings, we hope provide reference owners when they carry TPM, so as reduce cost fumble.
