摘要: Abstract A strategy was developed for the non-destructive identification of illicit ecstasy samples. Examinations were restricted to N -methyl-3,4-methylendioxyamphetamine (MDMA), -ethyl-3,4-methylendioxyamphetamine (MDE) and amphetamine, which are main substances abused in tablets. The samples analysed applying near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy (1100–2500 nm) reflectance mode. experimental design used extract maximum information from a minimum number experiments. calibration data set containing 497 powdered MDMA, MDE, amphetamine placebo established. Either raw or second derivative spectra calculate PLS-1 PLS-2 models, respectively. prediction values eight different independent test sets employed model validation. best results obtained using based on spectra. It is shown that discrimination three complex tablet matrices possible. Variation composition sufficient either these drugs combination with unknown excipients only NIR offers an excellent possibility fast drugs.
