摘要: Objectives Inverted papillomas of the nose and sinuses are uncommon neoplasms. In past decade there has been a trend toward use endoscopic surgical techniques in management these tumors, contrast to extensive open procedures recommended previously. This not without controversy, given association inverted with malignancy. It difficult compare approaches neoplasms, because absence uniformly applied staging system representing extent disease. was purpose this study develop such that could be easily outcomes research. Study Design involved an integrated literature review synthesis findings from number studies. Methods Previous current clinical studies examining treatment papilloma were reviewed. Findings organized, framed based on review. Results A simple, developed tumor involvement noted examination nasal cavity computed tomography (CT) scan evaluation. Conclusions Stage I disease is limited alone. II ethmoid medial superior portions maxillary sinuses.
