摘要: Abstract Groups of rainbow trout Onchorhyncus mykiss eggs were incubated in duplicate trays with PVC screens and the original aluminum screens. During incubation period, bound to sediments was deposited on whole hatching system. The pH inlet water system screen experimentally lowered by adding sulphuric acid. Buffering outlet observed at lower than 5, 4·5 lower, an increased concentration recorded. These experiments show that accumulated during periods neutral represents a serious threat survival fry salmonids if drops below 5·0, even for few hours. In sensitive lakes rivers, 5·0 are common heavy rain or snow melting period.
