摘要: Rainbow trout exposed to 32 μM aluminium at pH=5.0 in artificial soft water ([Ca++]=50 μM), with or without added sodium chloride (150 mM), suffer from severe respiratory stress characterized by hyperventilation, low PaO2, high PaCO2, pHa and blood lactate concentrations death. Plasma concentration death had decreased the group no NaCl, but not presence of NaCl. Median survival times were significantly different two groups. These findings suggest that under given conditions is primarily due impeded gas exchange.
