摘要: We live in an era when a remarkable number of new information and other technologies are successfully bypassing the main obstacle to technological advance: technology support network (TSN). Technology net, fully established fixed, erects significant barriers innovation. Innovation is not free autonomous process applied creativity, but technically, economically politically subservient "holders owners" net. present operational definitions high which explain past current innovation shifts from one paradigm another. The TSN-bypass causing globalization slow down revert itself into relocalization, bringing forth economy autonomous, self-reliant self-sustainable individuals, communities, localities regions.
