摘要: Abstract Public adoption of policies detailed on government websites is an important topic in the field e-government research, and researchers have mainly focused key factors that influence initial adoption. However, there has been much less discussion influencing continued use websites. This study identifies tests a theoretical model predicts consumers’ intentions to continue using portals, mixed methods approach based Grounded Theory. To construct framework public interest information we interviewed 56 respondents coded interview data. Next, tested resulting data collected from questionnaire-based survey 354 users. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) results indicate influenced by psychological perception, user characteristics, service parameters portals government’s idea. Of these, perception was found strongest effect. These findings enrich system intention practical significance for development Chinese portals.
