摘要: A 31-year-old man had sodium hydroxide blown into his amblyopic left eye after an explosion caused by placing solid cleanser a plugged drain. The was treated with topical and intraocular irrigation, lactated Ringer's solution the patient given antibiotics, systemic corticosteroids, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors. Acetylcysteine drops were administered, contact lens placed. subsequently developed severe pain, hypopyon, hyphema. cornea ulcerated perforated 27 days injury, enucleated 70 injury.
