摘要: Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy was used to monitor, on a beat-to-beat basis, the concentration of creatine phosphate and adenosine triphosphate during alterations in work output canine hearts vivo. Over wide range rate-pressure products (5,000 25,000 mmHg/min), relative amounts within heart remained constant. The free diphosphate calculated under reasonable assumption that kinase-catalyzed reaction is near equilibrium this tissue. also did not change over products. data demonstrate these compounds highly regulated vivo suggest factors other than their may be involved modulation steady-state myocardial with oxygen consumption.
