摘要: It is an important approach to use the Cd-contaminated soils properly by growing low accumulator or excluder plants for Cd produce safe foods. To find suitable vegetable species in soils, present study variations accumulation twenty eight and several cultivars of five common vegetables (cowpea, kidney pea, bitter gourd, cucumber squash) were investigated two soil levels (1 2 mg/kg Cd). Experimental results showed that highly significant differences concentration evident among 28 vegetables. For example, spinach concentrations 110-fold 175-fold higher than sweet pea under 1 exposures, respectively. accumulation, order was: leafy > solanaceous kale root allimus melon legumes. Distinctive also identified when comparing different with average range 0.003-0.094 Cd. Our indicated a large genotypic variation existed subjected exposure. Therefore, it feasible elect/breed species/cultivars Cd, especially mildly soils.
