摘要: Purpose As the morbidity and mortality associated with communicable diseases continue to decrease in developing world, medical burden of childhood cancer continues expand. Although international aid relief groups such as World Health Organization recognize importance cancer, their main emphasis is on more easily treated malignancies, leukemias lymphomas, not pediatric brain tumors, which are second most common malignancy children leading cause cancer-related deaths population. Addressing needs these a growing concern several professional neuro-oncology-related societies. Thus, goal this review describe current state neuro-oncology care address future field, help guide societies’ efforts contribute holistic multidisciplinary manner.
