摘要: Here we found that dielectric measurement can be a sensitive probe to detect the behavior of electrons and electron-spin interaction in strongly electron-correlated system. The CuO single crystal samples with without excess holes were investigated by measurements combination magnetic susceptibility measurement. Only for semiconducting was dynamic relaxation prominent frequency dispersion large constants observed, suggesting localization lattice. Coupling hole spin directly observed anomalies at phase transitions. A pseudoferroelectric-like characteristic E–P plot also observed. This study verifies are coupled both vibrational degrees freedom CuO. It suggests possibility using as tool investigate coupling electron strong correlated systems.
