摘要: Investigations into bat diversity and abundance were carried out in Vilnius 2005. Ten hibernation sites investigated the city where six species found: Daubenton's (Myotis daubentonii), pond dasycneme), Brandt.s/whiskered brandtii/mystacinus), brown long-eared (Plecotus auritus), barbastelle (Barbastella barbastellus) northern (Eptesicus nilssonii). More than 820 bats roosted Vilnius: Daubenton.s constituted 62.5 %, – 11.1% 10.7%. Pond bats, made up largest known hibernating populations south-eastern Lithuania. Brandt’s/whiskered have been recorded for first time.
