摘要: Intelligent generic grippers using low-cost electronics can be used for part identification when attached to a robot end effector. The versatility of gripper makes it suitable the automated population printed circuit boards (PCBs). Electronic component assembly onto was implemented by means reverse engineering concept commonly in flexible manufacturing systems. process made more efficient as opposed individual dedicated grippers. conceptual design based on group technology approach that required manipulation electronic components. PCB successful test capabilities. integration with hardware and software could increase efficiency flexibility stations. work details design, control, fabrication, implementation, procedures results assembly.
