摘要: Heat-shock proteins (HSPs) are rapidly synthesized in cells response to various cytotoxic agents. Although several stress actively involved the gentamicin-induced renal damages, possible role of HSP47 this condition is not yet clear. In study, expression gentamicin nephrotoxicity was examined by immunohistochemistry. Twenty male Wistar rats were sacrificed at day 0, 3, 7, 14 and 28 after subcutaneous injection gentamicin. Gentamicin treatment causes tubular necrosis followed regenerative changes interstitial fibrosis, which most prominent 14. The structures returned almost normal architectures 28. By immunohistochemistry, weakly expressed glomeruli occasionally control rat kidneys. contrast, strong immunostaining for noted epithelial treated kidneys, strongest staining observed 7. then gradually decreased, level whole experimental period, pattern changed. addition, phenotypically altered tubulointerstitial including (immuno-positive vimentin) α-smooth muscle actin) found nephrotoxicity. Expression type III collagen increased areas fibrosis. double immunostaining, regenerated express around It concluded that overexpression might play a significant development
