摘要: The precise structural organization and proper functioning of the adult nervous system depend on ability neurones to make highly ordered synaptic connexions. To define molecules involved in development these connexions study their functional roles, we use primary cultures dissociated rat sympathetic grown virtual absence non-neuronal cells. These can develop adrenergic or cholinergic properties, depending environment which they are grown. This manipulate neuronal phenotype is being used an attempt identify cell surface macromolecules that important function properties.
