摘要: Context: Deciphering the early processes occurring in adipose tissue during weight gain is a major issue for understanding development of fat mass and obesity. Experimental overfeeding humans unique situation to tackle these events. Objective: Our aim was identify pathways involved sc remodeling initial phase gain. Research Design Methods: Forty-four healthy men were an protocol with lipid-enriched diet (+760 kcal/d) 2 months. Subcutaneous abdominal biopsies taken histology, transcriptomics, Western blotting basal state, after 14 d, at end protocol. Results: Overfeeding significantly increased body (+2.5 kg) mass.
