摘要: At the cellular level, biological processes of cell proliferation, growth arrest, differentiation and apoptosis are all tightly coupled to appropriate alterations in metabolic status. In case this requires redirecting pathways provide fuel basic components for new cells. Ultimately, successful co-ordination cell-specific biology with metabolism underscores multicellular as diverse embryonic development, adult tissue remodelling cancer biology. The Wnt signalling network has been implicated these areas. While each Wnt-dependent being individually delineated a range experimental systems, our understanding how they integrate regulate is still its infancy. present review we reassess roles functionally linking development function.
