摘要: Proinflammatory cytokines Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta) and Interleukin-6 (IL-6) play a significant role in the pathogenetic processes related to various malignant inflammatory conditions. Leukocytosis, thrombocytosis increased acute phase protein levels are part of systemic response. In this study, we measured concentrations IL-1 beta, IL-6 ferritin as well hemoglobin, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), C-reactive (CRP) erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) 23 patients (male 15, female 8, median age 68 years) with lung cancer reactive (LCRT), 27 18, 9, 64 benign disorder (BILD) 18 10, 62 normal platelet count (LCNP). were significantly higher three patient groups comparison control subjects (P < 0.001) but without difference among groups. was all only BILD group it than 0.05). However, no serum found between two CRP LDH LCRT other 0.01 0.001, respectively), while both 0.001). Our data suggest that patients, is reaction for which may be intermediate not independent mediators.
