摘要: The primary thrombocytosis (thrombocythemia) associated with myeloproliferative disorders is believed to be due autonomous platelet production. Secondary or reactive can observed in a number of clinical circumstances, and may related persistent overproduction some thrombocytopoietic factors acting on megakaryocytes. Several cytokines, including IL-6, IL-1 IL-4 have been shown act alone concert, affect various cellular stages megakaryocytopoiesis humans. aim this study assess the serum concentrations these cytokines (MPD) thrombocythemia rheumatoid arthritis (RA) marked thrombocytosis. Twenty-two patients (14 men, 8 women) MPD (platelet counts > 500 × 109/l; range 507-996 109/1), 33 RA (28 women, 5 men) 109/1; 500-745 109/ 1), 27 (24 3 normal (range 168- 399 109/1) 15 healthy volunteers (8 7 161-385 109/l) enrolled study. Serum IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-6 were measured four groups. Of 22 MPD, 10 had chronic myelogenous leukemia, polycythemia vera, 6 essential 1 osteomyelofibrosis. interleukin either suppressed similar those subjects, whereas IL-1β levels increased We conclude that an phenomenon, not regulated by which megakaryocytopoiesis.
