摘要: Thrombopoietin (TPO) is the major regulator of growth and differentiation megakaryocytes. Recent studies have shown that TPO may also act as an acute-phase reactant, it has been suggested a component inflammatory reactions. In this study our objective was to investigate serum levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, complex chronic disorder not uncommonly associated thrombocytosis.
