摘要: Thrombopoietin (TPO) is the major regulator of growth and differentiation megakaryocytes. Recent studies have shown that TPO may also act as an acute-phase reactant, it has been suggested a component inflammatory reactions. In this study our objective was to investigate serum levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, complex chronic disorder not uncommonly associated thrombocytosis. Bloodstream concentrations were assessed 13 RA platelet counts between 450 650×109/l, 10 >650×109/l, 15 normal 12 healthy controls. had comparable mild thrombocytosis significantly elevated, whereas markedly increased thrombocyte prominently decreased levels. These results indicate seems be reactive active disease. extremely might regulated by mass via receptor-mediated uptake metabolism.
