摘要: Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is emerging as an extremely common and insidiously progressive liver disease that often associated with several extrahepatic manifestations. In 1992, a possible relationship between Sjogren syndrome (SS) patients HCV was first postulated. Subsequently, studies demonstrated "true" SS, similar clinical histologic features to those observed in primary may occur some chronic infection. We report the immunologic characteristics of 35 well-documented diagnosis SS. Compared 60 SS who tested negative for antibodies, SS-HCV showed higher mean age (65.9 yr versus 61.5 yr, p = 0.04), lower prevalence parotidomegaly (17% 47%, 0.004), involvement (94% 3%, < 0.001). Moreover, HCV-related anti-parietal cell gastric antibodies (31% 13%, 0.03), antimitochondrial (14% 2%, 0.02), cryoglobulinemia (60% 10%, 0.001), hypocomplementemia 8%, anti-Ro/SS-A 38%, 0.03). The be considered 1 manifestations HCV, we suggest can exclusion criterion
