摘要: The current efficiency of a spherical ion-selective membrane is examined theoretically. A perturbation method adopted to solve the Nernst–Planck equation governing spatial variation concentration ions in phase for case where distribution fixed charge linear function radial position. result numerical simulation reveals that qualitative behavior membranes similar cylindrical membranes. For example, if uniformly distributed, independent both inner radius (or curvature) and applied density, can be raised by choosing its parameters appropriately. general expression planar, cylindrical, also discussed.
