摘要: Building on an existing model of governance, this paper aims to assess the supportiveness Romania׳s structural flood risk governance context towards integrated management. We assert that a structure supports development and implementation management policies when it takes into account all relevant levels, actors, perceptions, strategies resources (high extent) has connections between these various dimensions coherence).
