摘要: In this paper, we analyze a new approach that was first presented by Shafir et al (2009 Nat. Phys. 5 412-6) to probe the symmetry of atomic wavefunctions via high harmonic generation process. scheme, control two-dimensional (2D) motion free electron using two-color field atoms from different angles. We present theoretical analysis focuses on spherical potentials. previously experimental results (Shafir 2009 and demonstrate ability distinguish between spherically symmetric (s state) non-spherically (p orbitals.
