摘要: We aimed to examine the relationship of serum lipids, lipoproteins, apolipoproteins and antioxidants with renal dysfunction as measured by urinary excretion albumin retinol binding protein (RBP) in insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM). studied 121 patients IDDM. Glomerular function was assessed albumin/creatinine ratio (UA/UC), tubular retinol-binding protein/creatinine (UR/UC), both three early morning spot urine samples. The mean (range) UA/UC 1.95 mg/mmol (0.3-476.5) UR/UC 17.5 micrograms/mmol (1.0-1853.8). 17% had a > 3 33% 20 micrograms/mmol. Significant positive correlations were observed between following: total cholesterol (P < 0.005); triglycerides 0.001); A-I 0.05), A-II 0.02) B 0.002); glycated haemoglobin 0.002). No significant associations found vitamin E, beta-carotene or antioxidant activity. In multiple regression, only independently associated apo concentrations. conclusion, IDDM glomerular dysfunction, UA/UC, is elevated cholesterol, triglycerides, B, A-II, but not HDL status. Tubular tends occur increasing albuminuria, it lipid, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein levels.
