摘要: Helicobacter pylori is the most widespread chronic bacterial agent in humans and well recognized for its association with ulcer disease gastric cancer, both representing major global health socioeconomic issues. Given high level of adaptation coevolution this bacterium human host, a thorough multidirectional view specific microbiological characteristics infection as host physiology needed order to develop novel means prevention therapy. This review aims pinpoint some these potentially important angles, which have be considered mutually when studying H. pylori's pathogenicity. The host's biological changes due virulence factors are valuable pillar research mechanisms by bacteria provoke changes. In context, necessary adhesion molecules significant discussed. Moreover, metabolism bacteria, one aspects better understanding consequently possible therapeutic prophylactic strategies, addressed. On other hand, we discuss recent experimental proofs "hygiene hypothesis" correlation Helicobacter's infection, adds another aspect complexity infection.
