摘要: Micro controller and peripheral devices concatenated balance measurement system, which is in low integration level large error, have a lot of obstacles to implement intelligent milling on the high speed occasions. Firstly, this paper discussed way intelligence system based embedded OMAP dualcore architecture could reasonably plan general task test according its advantages, used ARM subsystem complete control function mechanical’s electrical system; DSP realized digital signal processing calculation unbalance. Secondly, order accurately extract characteristics unbalanced from strong interference sources effectively restrain interference, software designed completed tracking band pass filter harmonic wavelet package. We use packet with feature infinite segmentation for frequency domain any period weak signal. The simulation results show that can nearly improve signal-tonoise ratio, restore initial unbalance characteristics. In high-speed situations, achieve efficiency, precision targets.
