摘要: We have established a new cell line from patient with centrocytic B lymphoma. Highly purified peripheral blood cells DUL (WBC counts 158,000/µl) were infected in vitro Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), and CD 20+ cloned into 96 well culture plates the aid of sorter autoclone device. As shown by GTG-banding Southern blot analysis, outgrowing EBV-positive clones had same chromosomal abnormalities identical monoclonal IgH gene rearrangement as original EBV-genome-negative leukemic clone. Surface marker analysis panel antibodies revealed patterns on EBV-negative -positive clones, exception PCA 1 (reactive plasma cells) which was negative freshly explanted but positive EBV-converted clones.
