摘要: Abstract The matrix-comprehensive in-house validation concept is based on complex mathematic-statistical calculations. In order to be able integrate this into the laboratory routine, a software (InterVal) was developed. InterVal databank-oriented and allows establishment of desired experiment plans, an easy data input, calculation all relevant parameters like analytical limits CC α β , precision, recovery, calibration curve(s) respective prediction intervals. Moreover, it delivers power curve method quantitative assessment influence individual factors with regard dispersion function, therefore providing comprehensive information robustness method. are stored according quality assurance requirements. Reports design, measurement results calculated may produced via mouse click.
