摘要: Striped bass hybrids (Morone chrysops female x Morone saxatilis male) confined in a net for 10 minutes had significantly elevated corticosteroid levels (24.2 † 5.4 μg/100 ml) and significant hyperchloremia (150.02 2.7 meq/liter), comparison with baseline of 0.8 0.1 ml 132.6 1.5 meq/liter, respectively. Hauling 2 hours freshwater (12.2 1.2 reduced chloride (119.8 1.4 meq/liter). Corticosteroid remained high hypochloremia developed within 24 after both netting hauling. Although hauling 25 mg/liter MS-2223 or g/liter NaC1 prevented depletion during the stress, 72 fish were transferred to freshwater. The development several handling indicates that hybrid survive initial stress do not necessarily recover, but may die days following handling. Fish anesthetized 50 MS-222 15 prior followed by water containing combination NaCl did develop hauling; plasma corticosteroids transport, returned nearly normal hours. This salt was most successful medium tested.
