Synthesis of silver nanoparticles from Melia dubia leaf extract and their in vitro anticancer activity.

摘要: Silver nanoparticles have a significant role in the pharmaceutical science. Especially, silver synthesized by plant extracts lead biological activities such as antimicrobial, antioxidant and anticancer. Keeping this mind, present work investigation has been taken up with using extract of Melia dubia it characterizes UV-visible, XRD SEM-EDS. The effect on human breast cancer (KB) cell line tested. showed remarkable cytotoxicity activity against KB evidence high therapeutic index value are results discussed.
