摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine what types shipping knowledge are crucial in order for companies survive dynamic business environment, and investigate how the affects company’s performance (i.e. organizational innovation logistics value). This also diagnoses moderating effect absorptive capacity on relationship between its effectiveness. Design/methodology/approach Based literature, a theoretical framework relevant hypotheses established so as show associated relationships knowledge, capacity, value.
