摘要: The effects of different dietary sugars, with or without exogenously induced hyperinsulinemia, on rat plasma triglyceride kinetics have been studied. Glucose, sucrose, fructose were supplied as 10% drinking solutions. sugar-supplemented groups each divided into subgroups, one receiving 6 U insulin per day for 2 wk from intraperitoneally implanted minipumps and the other none. same degree hyperglycemia endogenous hyperinsulinemia was seen in group. Infusing exogenous restored normoglycemia produced more pronounced but equal subgroup. In those rats that received no insulin, production increased 18% sucrose-supplemented group 20% supplemented not at all glucose-supplemented This increase fructose-supplemented subgroup accompanied by a six times greater (120%) concentration. suggested only production, also impaired removal. Exogenously further fructose, either monosaccharide glucose. Thus, presence glucose, stimulates production. As returned concentrations to normal rats, it appeared overcome any fructose-associated impairment
