摘要: Stable writing is performed in a super high density hard disk where by magnetic field difficult. A layered thin film structure including at least metallic layer/a non-magnetic layer formed, and probe brought close to this multilayer on the order of nano-meters. quantum well state created changed applying voltage between film, resulting relative layers being changed. At time, an assistance applied magnetization direction.
