摘要: An oil spill treatment composition including one or more surfactants formulated to reduce the thickness of floating surface a body water, method for use, and manufacturing thereof are disclosed herein. Also herein compositions comprising chemical dispersants crude refined oils having same similar as be treated. Methods use methods manufacture also disclosed.
