摘要: Compositions for dispersing oil slicks on water comprising a solution of surface-active agents in mixture and hydrocarbon solvent. The are emulsifying lower amount wetting agent. two blends, A B, sorbitan derivatives, blend having an HLB about 8.5 to 9.5 B 8 10 wherein the weight ratio is between 0.5:1 4:1.
