摘要: Abstract Clay products for construction offer durability, thermal and acoustic comfort as well low cost. Drying is an important stage of the production process these products, it was studied herein. Experiments on convective drying clay slabs with initial moisture content 0.23 (db) were performed at 50, 60, 70, 80 90 °C. occurred in two distinct periods: constant falling rate. In first period, described by empirical equation and, second one, diffusion boundary condition third kind. To eliminate some restrictions found literature, a three-dimensional numerical approach used to describe process. Equations obtained express parameters function air temperature local content. A simulation using values from equations coherent experimental data.
