摘要: A mathematical model is developed to describe the coupling between heat, mass, and momentum transfers applied simulate drying of saturated shrinking media. This called "the Darcy-flow model", which based on fact that liquid flow induced by a pressure gradient. The main novelties are firstly no phenomenological law need be introduced keeping solid mass conservation volume together secondly we use effective stresses notion strongly mechanical behaviour with transport. analysis limited preheating constant rate periods because shrinkage occurs during these two for most materials.
