Modeling of Heat and Mass Transport in Two-Phase Media by Considering Liquid Pressure

摘要: A new model to describe heat and mass transport during drying of two-phase media is proposed. The medium considered as a two continuous immiscible phases on which the method volume averaging applied in order derive continuum equations for multiphase systems. liquid flow induced by pressure gradient cannot be deduced from capillary like triphasic medium. Numerous authors avoid this problem introducing phenomenological law binding fraction phase. In obtained model, calculated solid conservation such way that phenomena depend notably rheological behavior.
