摘要: Abstract Drying plays an important role in the production of clay tiles. In present article, drying process is analyzed taking experimental data for several masonry clays obtained from different tile manufacturers and published slabs. Calculation methods computer programs designed calculation effective diffusion coefficient are developed. The first method represents analytical solution Crank equation, while second one Efremov equation with boundary conditions form flux. Unlike other materials, tiles exhibit shrinkage during process. For this reason, a correction included both methods. Four models (A1, A2, B1 B2) predicting behavior as result cited programs. It shown that calculated determined by programs, using experimentally selected sets have similar values to those same reported literature. Based on mathematically prognostic coefficient, it was concluded there more than 90% agreement between recorded curves.
