摘要: A retrospective case series demonstrating the use of dehydrated human amniotic membrane (dHAM) allografts in treatment wounds various aetiologies. Amniotic was applied to a chronic referred formal wound clinic for aggressive management, after prior, traditional methods were found ineffective, over period 1 month. In each case, failure therapy followed by placement allograft and healing time course documented with charted measurements. Wounds treated demonstrated improved healing, change trajectory from that previously noted. Dehydrated represents potentially effective addition existing care therapies, further clinical studies indicated.
