摘要: ABSTRACT This article compares the setting for and possible effects of trade liberalization in Canada Latin America. In Canada, though much literature has implied that increasing integration with U.S. would lead to rationalization a greater domination large firms, record thus far does not point this direction. A continued important role small medium enterprise (SME) seems likely. America been recent crisis evidence from Chile Argentina suggests SME have had hard time. It remains be analyzed whether outcome is avoidable.
