摘要: Fresh tissue/blood samples provide the best sources of DNA for biological analyses, but their availability is often limited. Although cryopreservation (freezing) has proved to be most effective method preserving various tissues, routine and popular ways animal are use alcohol, formalin or buffered solutions as preservatives. To study population biology, systematics biodiversity at molecular level, it may great interest in many cases have some historical knowledge about species populations question; researchers sometimes need re-examine previous studies. Furthermore, sample collection species, populations, not possible a given time because difficulties costs due remoteness, decline even extinction.
