摘要: We have immunohistochemically examined the distribution of H antigens type 1, 2 and 3/4 chains ABO(H) histo-blood group system in human normal colon cancer using three monoclonal antibodies specific for each 1/2, 2, chain. unexpectedly found that mucosa from secretors but not nonsecretors expressed only 1 did express or 3/4. The was goblet cells. Positive cells expressing were decreased number progressively proximal to rectum.
