摘要: Transcription factors are present in all living organisms, and play vital roles a wide range of biological processes. Studies transcription will help reveal the complex regulation mechanism organisms. So far, hundreds domains have been identified that show factor activity. Here, 281 reported were used as seeds to search genomes Bombyx mori L. (Lepidoptera: Bombycidae) four other model insects. Overall, 666 including 36 basal 630 B. genome, which accounted for 4.56% its genome. The silkworm factors' expression profiles investigated relation multiple tissues, developmental stages, sexual dimorphism, responses oral infection by pathogens direct bacterial injection. These provided rich clues revealing transcriptional organ differentiation, growth development, response pathogen infection.
