摘要: We consider a model of quantum-mechanical resonator capacitively coupled to single electron transistor (SET). The tunnel current in the SET is modulated by vibrations resonator, and thus system operates as displacement detector. analyze effect backaction noise charge fluctuations onto dynamics evaluate sensitivity system. relation between "classical" "quantum" parts their on measured are also discussed.
