摘要: Mucins, produced by epithelial tissues in most metazoans, have served as reliable molecular biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. In this work, a competitive electrochemical aptasensor is reported the determination of mucin 1 protein p-aminophenol redox cycling. Specifically, conjugates between biotinylated streptavidin-alkaline phosphatase were captured an anti-mucin aptamer-modified electrode, which induced production electrochemically active from p-aminophenyl phosphate substrate. The resulting was cycled tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine after its oxidization on thus enabling increase anodic current. Because competed with to bind anchored aptamer, signal decreased concentration 0.5 6 nM. As result, detection limit 0.1 nM achieved. To demonstrate viability method real samples, effects gluc...
